The 1x4 Atoma Diamond 600 by Jende is a fine Atoma Grit. It is best used after sharpening with the 140 or 400 grits to put a toothy working edge on a knife or tool. It is best followed by the 1200 grit to put a very nice working edge finish. With many pocket knife and even kitchen knives using abrasion resistant steels and ceramic materials, diamonds are the one guaranteed abrasive to work through everything with ease. 1x4" Atoma Diamond plates use advanced diamond technology designed to cut faster, last longer and leave a more consistent finish at each grit level. The 1x4 Atoma diamond plates made by Jende Industries are secured to a standard 5mm thick aluminum blank which is compatible with any standard KME Sharpener stone holder, and can also be used as slip stones, field stones and pocket stones. Atoma Diamond plates can be used dry, or with water.
