Up for sale is a lot of/ bundle of two Afghan / Kuchi / Turkmen silver inlaid bird rings.
Vintage. Tribal.
These rings were made by the nomadic Kuchi people in Afghanistan and Pakistan. The material is "Gillet" metal, which is about three-fourths brass, mixed with copper, silver, iron, or all three. The surface is buffed with a thick silver plating that is very durable.
These tribal bird rings are quite light in weight yet heavily embellished with fine and delicate details.
These bird rings are stunning pieces of jewelry that feature a silvered Metal appearance and is adorned with beautiful green, blue, and red stones which gives the ring an antique look, while the colorful stones add a touch of vibrancy and elegance.
Inlaid with lapis lazuli, turquoise and coral colored stones and resin.
