This is a pair of US Navy denim trousers from around the 1940s-50s.
Commonly referred to as "sailor pants" or "maki-pan" (wrap pants).
Normally, pants have seams that connect the fabric pieces, but these US Navy pants from this era are seamless, making them rare.
Also, I had never seen wrap pants with exposed button fly before. I researched it, but didn't find much information, so I believe this is also rare.
