Volo's Guide to Waterdeep for Advanced Dungeons & Dragons 2nd Edition (2E AD&D). Set in Forgotten Realms, but you could probably modify the information for any campaign world.
This is an original and NOT a print on demand copy.
Has a slight cigarette smoke smell to it, but it is not overpowering. I have been airing it out for some time now (my house is smoke free).
Some cover wear and page curling, inside back cover has a sticker with the name Sara Holley on it. Pages are all there with no major bends/folds and no tears/rips. Some of the back pages have some incidental markings, but nothing that obscures any text.
Does NOT come with the map.
Book will be shipped in a hard cardboard box with packing material to reduce any chance of damage due to shipping.
