Overall condition is very good. The lining is intact, the velvet is supple, and I didn't find any tears in the lace. I didn't see any holes, or damage to construction.
There is a well done repair to the velvet at the top right flap, about 1" long. The collar is in tact but should be steamed to unwrinkle it. I found one small split in the lining but the silk hasn't pulled away from itself and it doesn't feel weak.
