This cable modem is compatible with major US cable providers Xfinity, Cox and charter spectrum to name a few. I bought this and needed to get a different one I have never used it the stickers are still on it all of the directions and paperwork are still inside and all of your cables that come with the box are there the only time I took it out was to photo it to sell it to you.cost me over $225. You will need to have a router with this and that’s it. Hook this up to your cable with your router and bring their modem back and make sure they take the numbers down. This is fairly new so should last a while for you. I had trouble getting my house grounded so I could not have cable for several months and by the time he came they don’t use these and my window to return this had closed.
