I have used this for one year. I cleaned it all out and let it all dry. I bought it brand new from the website. It’s never given me any problems and I have kept it clean and only used gallon water in it as our water at home is very hard. No flaws, no problems, just easy bottle filling! Bought in early ‘24 as my daughter was born Feb of ‘24.
