This 12 foot DIY Snowflake Balloon Garland kit includes:
— 1 Snowflake Shaped Mylar 36” Balloon
--an assortment of 11” latex balloons in white, light blue, chrome blue, silver chrome with white snowflakes**, light pink and chrome Mauve
--a plastic decorator strip
--a dual hand pump (recommended for double layered balloons)
--instructions included; time is estimated at about 45-60 minutes to complete 6-8 feet of garland, can be made 1-2 days in advance if inflated with air.
Balloons will ship flat. This is a DIY kit to be put together by consumer. Silver snowflake balloons will already come layered, to use just inflate with hand pump as normal and tie off ends.
