Belvest double-face raincoat

Belvest raincoat, a beautiful double-face too! Measurements in the last picture. If you know the brand, you know the quality and how much it costs. The coat is in perfect condition on the checkered, but is showing some signs of time on the raincoat part, in the form of small pulled thread bumps on the surface. Frankly, it is nothing concerning (in the sense that one really needs to put an effort to pull them more), but it makes the item a 'good conditions' (although one really need to get super close to see the imperfections). Even if not taken care of, belvest craftmanship will make it last for a decade or more. Check the pictures to spot the imperfections.
