Each of the four balanced inputs supplies 48 volt phantom power, logic pins for push-to-talk functions, and 12 volt LED drive, so popular tabletop and ceiling microphones light and mute exactly as they should. Channel-by-channel selection between mic or line level also makes the unit practical for wireless receivers or other sources that need to join the network.

The endpoint draws its power through PoE Plus and provides two network ports that support daisy-chaining. This feature lets integrators place several endpoints along the same run without extra network switches.
