The flexible dual-element heating tape wraps around and heats a wide array of tubing, vessels, and apparatuses. The extremely flexible and high-temperature heating tape is made of two heating elements that are knitted together in Series and then wound together with high-temperature samox fiberglass. The included digital on/off temperature controller provides basic control and connects to the heating tape without any additional wiring. The large display is easy to read and simple to program. Accuracy is +/- 1 percent FS. Hysteresis is adjustable between 1 and 99 Degrees. In the case of probe failure, heating can be selected on, off, or periodical running. It is benchtop-friendly with its compact 5.5” x 4.25” x 1.75” profile. The controller has a 10Amp fused output and can be used with other heating tapes, beaker heaters, and mantle heaters as long as they are equipped with standard U.S. Plugs.
