An Impressive Ermani Bulatti brooch with mottled brown lucite oval shaped main stone. Brooch width 1 1/2" x height 2" and drop of 2 1/2".
Made in Netherlands, c. 1980's. Bulatti's best work was done around the 1980's; the pieces very high quality and sold in the top boutiques.
Inspired by the mystery of the universe, Bulatti designed truly unique pieces made in Art Deco style, or with elements of Italian and Egyptian culture.
Traditionally handcrafted, the jewelers used mother of pearl, shells, pearls, silk and semi-precious stones. The base metal was plated with silver, gold, tin or bronze.
