For Wooden Ceilings: Choose a solid wood beam or stud for installation. Mark the drilling point using the hook base as a guide. Drill a small pilot hole (recommended 1/8” or 3mm). Screw the long bolt directly into the wood until tight. Attach the ceiling hook and make sure it is secure. 2. For Concrete or Brick Ceilings: Mark the drilling position using the hook base as a guide. Drill a hole approximately 1/4” (6mm) deep into the concrete. Insert the provided plastic expansion anchor into the hole. Align the hook and drive the long bolt into the anchor. Tighten firmly to ensure a solid hold. 3. For Drywall / Hollow Ceilings: Use the included toggle wing set (also called butterfly anchor). Fold the toggle wing and insert it through the pre-drilled hole (about 1/2” or 12mm). Once inside the hollow ceiling, the wings will automatically open. Gently pull down on the bolt so the wings press against the inner surface. Tighten the long bolt until the hook is firmly secured to the drywall. Tips: Always test the hook’s firmness before hanging heavy objects. Ensure installation on stable structure and follow the proper method for each wall type. Recommended maximum load: 35 lbs (16 kg) when properly installed.
