This is a Champion Reverse Weave sweatshirt. It is the current blue tag specification, the so-called "eye-less" model without the C mark on the chest.
The country of manufacture is China, the size is L, the color is yellow, the material is 80% cotton, 20% polyester, and the size is measured with a flat-lay measure: shoulder width is about 54cm, body width is about 58cm, and length is about 60cm.
