Coronado Personal Solar Telescope (PST). So I was stupid and threw the box away not knowing what this was. It’s apparently very expensive. I watched unboxing videos on this and this is the whole thing so everything is with it. Nothing else was in the box. You can buy accessories for it too on a lot of websites. This is from their website. Taking offers.
If you know anything I missed that is important let me know and I’ll fix the listing. Selling way cheaper because I just don’t want it.
It uses a hydrogen-alpha filter to reveal details on the sun's surface, such as prominences, flares, and filaments.
The PST has a 40mm aperture and a 1.0 angstrom bandwidth.
A double-stacked version is available, which further reduces the bandpass to 0.5Å for increased detail.
It is considered an affordable option for observing the sun.
It is not safe to use regular telescopes to view the sun without proper filters.
