I've used this for about two years. Regarding the keyboard test in the second photo, it looks like the Windows key is stuck, but it opens the Start menu simultaneously with key input, so it appears to be stuck on the web. However, the key input is released when you actually release the key, so there are no issues in use.
Key input & lighting work perfectly fine, but the letters S and D are faded.
The outer box is available, but I couldn't find the inner cushioning. Please understand that I will prepare cushioning material for shipping.
I recommend using replacement keycaps.

W and D: 2 each
A, S, E, R, O, P: 1 each
