Fanbook (Nintendo Characters), a set including the appendix life-size poster, and each Takumi and Leo item.

The booklet has minor scratches and scuffs, but they are not very noticeable. I have read it 2 or 3 times.
The life-size poster has only been opened once from the outer bag.
