Framed 1980's JUNG PARK Summer Pond I silkscreen lithograph 25" x 31" frame.
I just love this piece of artwork by Jung Park..... It's so 1980s it's so 1975 - 1989 in feel andcolors used and it's so sublime in the execution of the details. A true testament to " less is more " ! I'm nuts about the dragonflies and I'm nuts about the little lily pads on the left and the lotus flower at the top ! This just just gives great vibes all around ! It makes me nostalgic !
The frame is a little scratched up on the front but you can see in the back it's very well made with thick pieces of wood and it's very sturdy and solid. Even though the back which has like a foam covering over it is stained looking the front is not at all and there's no cigarette smoke damage and no fading to the matting or the print itself ... the colors are still vibrant and the whites in the paper are still light and white not yellowed. I fell in love when I saw it !
