Vinyl: Minor soiling and hairline scratches, but not severe.
Very little noise (almost none).
Slight damage to the center of the label.
Slight warp, but played without issue on my equipment.
Jacket: Minor soiling, wear, and ring wear.

Will be shipped in a new outer plastic sleeve, bubble-wrapped, and packed in a dedicated cardboard box with tracking and insurance.
