This is stunning work made by the beautiful women of Nepal!
I bought this when I was teaching abroad for a semester near Kathmandu.
Wool is hand spun.
The vibrant colors of the flowers are exquisite.
Over the last few years, I’ve either draped this over a lounge chair or worn it as a shawl. Can be worn as an oversized scarf too.
There are two stains on it, please refer to the last three photos.
When laid flat, longest part of the shawl is about 68 inches across.
