I bought this Helikton-Tex belt but it's to big. I thought maybe I can make it work but it's aggravating me. It's a good belt just not my size. Its built well and made in Poland. The size on the belt is a XL and the belt is 48 inches long and can be adjusted to go up to 8 inches smaller. If you take a tape measure around your waste you can see how many inches you are. If your between 40 and 48 this belt will fit. Don't go by pants size. I bought this belt for 85 new and with shipping and tax came out 93.10
