This is the Sega Mark III / Master System cartridge, Hokuto no Ken (Fist of the North Star).

The instruction manual has folds and stains, and the box is not in good condition.
There are age-related stains on the inside of the box.
This is a masterpiece among Mark III software.
Personally, I still think it's fun.
This is a very old, pre-owned item.
The condition is not good, so please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to condition or are looking for a pristine item.
