Insignia dvd to vhs recorder
No remote so cannot fully test - listing as “for parts/broken”
Did Test composite connection from recorder to TV - works as expected
Did test DVD playing - inserted a dvd movie (Runner Runner) and trailers started playing (pic 2, female)
Did test VHS playing - inserted a VHS tape (Greatest sports follies) played as expected
Inserted blank dvd - was prompted to format DVD however I do not believe I can get beyond that part without the remote.
DVDs and VHS tape all inserted/ejected without issue
Also, please note that one of the prongs on the plug is slightly damaged and difficult to insert completely into outlet. For safety/fire issues this should probably be addressed.
