These are standard blades featuring a tangentially positioned pocket that holds TANG-GRIP Single-Ended Inserts, ideal for parting and grooving. They have a neutral cutting direction and are compatible with all ISO materials. The Tang-Grip Parting line is equipped with Sumo-Grip Technology, ensuring very rigid clamping, high reliability, and increased stability. They deliver excellent straightness and surface finish, have a long tool and pocket life, and operate without coolant. These blades fit standard block systems, are recommended for large diameter parts and interrupted cuts, and can handle higher feed rates and long reach. They are used to create grooves and cut-off pieces in turning machines, and are compatible with most standard TAG series inserts and blade holders, though inserts are not included.
