This set from the Jenny Craig gang is jam packed full of excellent ideas for people ready to change their behaviours, and old ideas about what losing weight is all about.
It's actually offers loads of great ideas for anyone wanting to effect change in any area of their life, I think. I was really surprised at how good and helpful it turned out to be.
