This is a mid-century style limited edition copy of “Sand Pipers” lithograph by California artist Joanne Scott produced July 14, 1978 with s/o and original label. It is printed on clay-coated texture, mounted in Masonite, and protected with a clear acrylic coating. The edition is 1,000 signed and numbered (S/N) copies, plus 2,000 signed only (S/O) copies. It was first painted and copyrighted in 1977.
Frame shows use from age. The lithograph has a bit of discoloration from age and some markings, but would still make a beautiful piece in a home for any mid century enthusiasts.
Perfect for mid-century collectors and style.
*This copy was interestingly not signed but marked as an S/O which I think makes it strangely collectible. We had it up as decor for years and I purchased two of them at a thrift store over 10 years ago in San Jose!
