New, still with the wrapping on the chain. Comes with the dome protector and base also. It needs a new battery, as it’s been sitting for years. The battery was estimated at 6 dollars to fix from Parker’s jeweler in Salem New Jersey and was told it would take 3-5 minutes. This thing js a beauty!
