Have moved into newer iPhones/iPads and this is no longer compatable with my business’ tech. It’s been used 3 times and then stored in a climate controlled office cabinet since. This is hardware and software locked to Apple iOS. WILL NOT FUNCTION WITH ANY ANDROID DEVICES.
It is officially designed and compatible only with iOS devices that have Lightning ports (e.g., iPhone up to the iPhone 14 series, older iPads, etc.).
• It fits phone cases up to 1/16 inch (1.5 mm) thick; thicker cases usually require removal for a secure connection.
2. Software/App
• The free “Thermal TI222” app (also listed as “Klein Tools Thermal Imager TI222” in some places) from the App Store.
• Requires iOS 11.0 or later.
• The app handles live viewing, capturing photos/videos (including time-lapse), color palettes (Ironbow, Rainbow, Grayscale), temperature readouts, high/low alarms, etc.
