The two hand-carry handles are broken.

This is because my daughter carried heavy textbooks in it.
The extendable pull handle is not broken, so you can still pull the carry case when walking.
The inside is very clean, but the outside is quite scratched.
The black stains seem like they could be removed with polishing.
The zippers also work smoothly.
The matching shoulder bag is almost unused, but the rubber that holds the handle is a bit stretched.
