The LS002GZ01 is a cordless 216mm Slide Compound Mitre Saw, powered by 40V Max, Li-ion XGT battery (not included), to supply energy to the powerful 40V brushless motor, with soft start for smooth start-ups and constant speed control to automatically apply additional energy to the motor to maintain constant speed under load, to deliver up to 4,800 rpm for faster cutting. The LS002GZ01 is equipped with front knob for easy bevel adjustment, holders to support the work piece, extendable sub tables to help stabilise longer material cuts, easy to operate mitre angle lock for precision angle adjustments and electric brake for increased operator safety. The LS002GZ01 has a single sliding system for smooth operation, one touch slide lock for easy locking an unlocking by inserting or removing the lock pin, horizontal D-handle type for added comfort in use and large trigger switch and a see-through blade system for greater visibility of the blade and cutting line. The LS002GZ01 features auto-start wireless system (AWS) to connect the LS002GZ01 to a compatible dust extraction system with Bluetooth (chip 198900-7 required, sold separately). The dust extraction system automatically runs whilst the switch is on, deep eXact cutting technology (DXT) to cut larger sized workpieces with higher accuracy and battery protection circuit designed to protect the battery from damages due to overheating, over-discharge and overload current. 1 year manufacturer warranty with a further 2 years when registered within 30 days of purchase.
