Mini Desktop (i7 7th Gen, 16GB Ram, 512GB NVME SSD) (mouse and keyboard included)
Background: When new, this Intel NUC retailed for $899. It did NOT come with a mouse and/or keyboard. It's a phenomenal desktop, and it's small enough to be extremely powerful. Desktops like this are difficult to come by. I used this as my mobile go-to for travels, taking it in my carry-on on multiple flights and road trips.
