- Missing the rooftop sign.
- Not lighted, but room to install one.
- The building has a footprint approximately 7.5" X 4" and is about 3.5" tall.
- No box, but will be carefully packed for a safe trip to your layout.
FYI - if you've never bought plastic buildings before, it is not uncommon for pieces to pop off during shipping, regardless of how carefully they are wrapped. I use bubble wrap or other similar materials, but I have no control over the Postal Service's handling of the package. Re-gluing is your job should a piece come loose.
Can be used on ALL HO / TT scale layouts.
May be perfect for your diorama, school project, or working model train layout.
