I've had this beautiful 100% wool bridge coat with a nice lapel since 2014 and it's time to part ways as the arms have become really tight for me.
As stated, the coat is really beautiful and warm. It's survived through Seattle fall and winters, Los Angeles cold fronts, and Louisiana falls and winters. The lining is where it needs work or replacing. See pictures. The really bad tears are in the armpits and a couple on the side. If you have access to a local designer/alterations or are pretty good yourself, you can add a new satin lining. It also needs to be dry cleaned. The coat has an old smell (imagine thrift store smell lol) as it's been sitting in my closet. Coats from Macintosh usually run around $1,000, so this is a great deal.
It's a size 8, so I recommended for those that are a little smaller and want a coat they can layer with OR for those at that size and just want to wear it open.
