Worn once around the house to try it on. No creases. Any dirt is superficial after being thrown and kept in a shoe hamper. One loose thread on heel check symbol, and one loose thread on the side which I left on the shoe so it can be easily tucked/repaired/ignored. It came like that. Perfect for school uniforms with khaki pants. Unisex. Color- tan. FZ1615-100. I do not have the box or tissue or shoe stuffing, so it will be sent in whatever box I have laying around. These shoes have not seen a shoe store in a year, so don't leave me a bad review because you are not buying a shoe from Nike.com, lol.
