The case has some tears of the surface lining on the corners, this is just cosmetic. An official Nintendo charger IS included. The DSi system has some scratches on the front, these are just cosmetic. The system works 100%. No stylus. No game is included. What you see in the photos is what you will be getting.
I take the extra time and care to clean my games and show that they are working.
