It is used and in decent condition. Has some scratches here and there, but is in perfect working condition. I lost the matching red controller so I replaced it with a gray one. Everything works perfectly comes with matching TV dock, matching controller holder, and matching case. Also comes with an extra wired controller I had laying around. My cheaper price reflects the unmatching controller
