This was called a jacket when I bought it in store, but I used it as a blouse. It's 21 inches pit to pit and 22 inches from shoulder to bottom. It's very comfortable and I always received compliments when I wore it. But I guess I never wore it enough to justify myself in keeping it. It has puff sleeves that reach near the elbows. The pictures really don't do it justice. Thanks for looking!
