When you receive delivery all you have to do is pour the vase filler in the container and turn on the candle and you are all set.

This vase is water resistant. The ribbon has been decoupaged. It can get wet, but if you leave it soaking in water for several hours the embellishments will come off. I soaked the jar in water for 30 minutes and the embellishments didn’t budge.
