These are knee-length, tight-silhouette shorts made from original denim based on the classic kimono pattern, "Ajiro-ori" (basket weave).
The 13oz original denim is woven by combining different weave structures in an alternating pattern. When washed, the difference in shrinkage between the structures creates a three-dimensional, mesh-like texture.
The fabric is dyed with persimmon tannin. The dark navy parts are indigo-dyed, allowing you to enjoy the aging process.
Although these are unused, they have been handled by a person, so please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to this.
