I can't imagine the thousands of hours it took the artist to complete this tapestry. The shading and detail are incredible! Even her delicate facial features are so precise. There are metallic gold threads highlighting her wrap.
It measures approximately 19 3/4 by 17 1/2 inches as framed. The tapestry itself measures approximately 13 by 17 inches and is double matted.
If you've ever had something professionally framed, you know the cost of the framing was probably as much, or more, than I'm asking for the completed project.
It would be a lovely addition to your home or a textile/needlepoint collection.
