This is a complete set, I include a parts list in pictures so you can compare pieces against list. I replaced the batteries in the Thomas train, but I can't get it to work. The little light up tool does work, lighting up and making sound. The cardboard "window" slide-ins show wear with bent corners and wrinkles. All the track pieces are in good condition. The crane works as it should.
Box shows a lot of wear, and some rips are taped.
Included are 28 extra, compatible track pieces.
