TIBI Florence Gathered Twill Mini Dress in Ivory size 4. It’s new but it does have some small faint spots on the back of left shoulder, on the back waist area and on the front of skirt but they aren’t too noticeable and it looks like they could come out with a water/soap rub, see last 3 photos.
