Transformers Studio Series 07 Leader Class Movie 4 Grimlock AOE

OPEN BOX. I purchased this new when it was released. I recently noticed the bands that hold the figures in place were missing. I could not find them through the plastic window, so I assumed it was a manufacturer's error. Somehow I didn't notice that the box was retaped. Again, I bought this retail from Walmart. Since it's already been opened, I took it out of the box to make sure nothing was missing or flawed. Everything is there, and I didn't observe any issues. I have no idea why someone would do all that just to return it. I placed some twiggies in place of the bands to make sure he's secure. I've never transformed him, or taken him out of the tray. Price reflects an open box figure.
