Great for SXS doors and tire carriers
Our Tubing Hinges are a great way to make quality doors for your SXS. Our Tubing Hinges also work well for tire carriers and anything else that you would want to swing out of the way. We CNC machine our tubing hinges from 1018 steel and use a 1/2" diameter shoulder bolt as the pivot pin. This hinge uses a lock nut with the shoulder bolt to tighten the hinge for the correct resistance. The shoulder bolt is hardened for great wear resistance. Each tubing hinge has a nice weld chamfer to fit inside your tubing for the perfect weld. These are designed for 1.50" and 1.75" OD tubing with a .120" wall thickness.
