This is for a like-new Steam Deck Gaming Handheld Console (256GB) but featuring a $100 DeckHD 1200p display (1980x1200, see photos) that’s fully functional as a regular Steam Deck, but with a better display. Steam Deck hard shell case will be included.
This was a side project and is my extra that I havent touched in a long time so selling to other tinkerers.
DO NOT PURCHASE THIS IF YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOURE BUYING/DOING. THIS REQUIRES A CUSTOM BIOS UPDATE AFTER EVERY STEAMOS UPDATE. I DO NOT ACCEPT REFUNDS ON THIS DEVICE AND IS BEING SOLD AS-IS. IF YOU ASK ME WHAT THIS IS OR HOW IT WORKS, THIS IS NOT THE STEAM DECK FOR YOU.
Initial boot will require holding VOL+ and (…) while Powering On. I include a photo of the drive youre supposed to boot from to get everything going. After boot it pretty much works as expected.
ONLY PURCHASE IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH MODIFIED CONSOLES. The installation work has already been done for you. I will not be of help.
