This is a vintage 1978 DC Comics SUPERMAN 9" plastic figure - Bottle of Bubble Bath- which is empty.
The Clark Kent (Christopher Reeve) figure although only 9.5" tall is super impressive and an awesome piece of commercial marketing.
Superman's red cape is still in one piece and has its neck collar still but the cape is worn and quite a lot of the red has rubbed off.
The cap is inside the upper body. While it still fits on and spins tight, it has some wear to it.
