This is a lovely shopping basket from the 1940s or 50s. Please see photos, there is damage on one corner. This would be great for storage, a a display. a knitting or craft project or a 40s weekend. It is fairly sturdy and measures approximately 14.5” x 8” tall at highest and 6 “ deep. I’m not sure what is is made of possibly wicker or willow? There are some age related bits of damage but a lovely genuine, vintage basket.
