It's a brand new Columbia jacket, double layer so its a 3-in 1 jacket it can be used separately or both layer together (see pictures). Very warm since it uses omniheat technology. Super Light for a heavy duty jackets. 100% Water resistant. It's all you can expect from a top of the line Columbia jacket, well suited for Michigan winters. The medium size is a bit to big for me I should have gotten the small one, my loss your gain. I bought at $200 selling it at $150. I can deliver in the Kalamazoo area.
