Calla lilies can grow in ground, potting mix or in standing water, indoors or outdoors. During the growing season, calla lilies store energy in their rhizomes which can be stored for next year’s growth.<br><br><b>Why grow calla lilies.</b> Calla lilies are grown for their beautiful flowers that come in different colors and can be grown as container plants, in perennial gardens, borders and for producing cut flowers that can be used for many occasions.
